Parent Support Group

This is a supportive network for parents, guardians, and caregivers of adults on the autism spectrum. This group offers a safe and respectful space to connect with others who understand the evolving challenges and opportunities that come with supporting autistic adults. Meetings are currently held virtually via Zoom, allowing families from across Northern Virginia to participate with ease. Sessions provide both emotional support and practical guidance through facilitated discussions, shared experiences, and strategies related to adulthood, independence, services, and long-term planning. By connecting with other caregivers on similar journeys, participants gain insight, encouragement, and a strong sense of community. This group is intended for parents and caregivers of individuals on the autism spectrum. Please join the appropriate group based on your child's age, either adults over the age of 18 -OR- School Age (up to 18y/o).
