How to Stay Well During COVID-19:

  1. Get 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

  2. Drink 6-8 glasses of water each day.

  3. Take a walk outdoors to soak up some Vitamin D or exercise.

  4. Practice self-care.

  5. Spend quality time with the people in your home.

  6. Check on family members / friends.

  7. No social gatherings, sleepovers, or play dates. 

  8. If you feel anxious or stressed, reach out to your support system. If you need help, let us know.

  9. Practice proper hygiene.

  10. If you MUST go out, wear a mask.

Manténgase bien durante COVID-19:

  1. Duerme de 7 a 8 horas cada noche.

  2. Beba 6-8 vasos de agua cada día.

  3. Da un paseo al aire libre para tomar un poco de vitamina D o hacer ejercicio.

  4. Practique el autocuidado.
